Ethan Seago - Partner

Ethan is a Middle Tennessee native with 8 years of experience in the real estate industry. After attending The Kings College in New York, he returned home to pursue his passion for real estate sales, management, and development full time. He enjoys backpacking, chess, time with friends and family, and working on old cars.

Accounting and Finance Director

Stephen Brown - Partner

Stephen started investing in real estate in 2013 in the Nashville, TN market and has been on the move buying, selling, and renovating properties ever since. Today, Stephen is focusing on expanding his portfolio into strategic MSA markets and enjoying the adventure that is real estate investing. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, hunting, snow skiing, and being the caretaker of a family farm in Columbia, TN.

Kyle Barnes - Partner

Kyle moved to Middle Tennessee in the summer of 2022, after graduating from the University of Iowa earlier that year. Upon arriving to Tennessee, Kyle co-founded Drifters Media, with Sam Coates. Together, the pair have worked with a variety of brands and businesses to build out effective digital marketing strategies in competitive markets. When not working, Kyle is an avid outdoorsman.

Sam Coates - Partner

Sam got his start in digital media and design while attending the University of Iowa. After graduating with a degree in marketing management he moved to Nashville and Co-founded a full service digital media and marketing company with his business partner Kyle Barnes. In Sam's free time he likes to hunt, golf, and shoot some eight-ball.
